Marian Micalizzi is a chartered accountant with broad and deep experience as a Company Director and a consultant in both the public and private sector. A former Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Marian brings considerable expertise and knowledge of specialist corporate financial and advisory services, financial institutions’ regulation and prudential supervision and valuation related assessments. Marian is also currently a Director of Queensland Investment Corporation, Opera Queensland, Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation and a Member of Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee, the Takeovers Panel, Independent Investment Committee of Queensland Development Fund, Fund Management Committee of the Industry Research and Development Board and a Councillor of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (Qld Div.).
