Fergus joined iTa to head project delivery and assumed the role of Head of Operations in May 2006. Fergus is responsible for the strategic direction of iTa’s development and technology team including product roadmaps, practices and methodologies. Fergus also manages the day to day operational aspects of the technical workforce, including the design, development, project, customer engineering and support teams. With 14 years experience in software development, Fergus brings extensive solution development and delivery experience in the Telecoms and ERP industries. He has held senior management positions with enterprise ERP and network operator integrators here in Australia and overseas.
