NSW Regional Manager - Stephen Jackson

Stephen is responsible for the wellbeing of iTa’s NSW customer base. His I.T. career spans more than 20 years with roles in business and technology across a number of different industries including Financial Services, Transport, Government and Education.  Beginning as a technologist, Stephen rapidly took on general management roles at local and international levels.  Stephen ran the Asia Pacific Support and Services operation for Novell, as well as the Australian Professional Services and IT Division at Wang. Prior to joining iTa in 2002, Stephen was the CIO of a national outsourced contact centre organisation and CTO of a multinational outsourcer with Asia Pacific responsibilities.
